The company is committed to providing a website visitor always information about the identity of the company (name and headquarters), the contact details of the company (e-mail, phone, fax) and the essential characteristics of the products, which are published on the website.
Due to the business enterprise of the company the offered products change and update quick and often. The company does not guarantee that the published articles are also available.
Payment method has to be agreed between the company and the customer. When purchasing equipment, the customer receives an invoice in paper form.
The new products have a warranty, used items do not.
If the customer wants the delivery of the goods, this goes at his own expense, unless otherwise agreed.
Visitors of the web page can enter their e-mail address to receive e-mail newsletter.
The company will use the personal data solely for the fulfilment of the contract (the sending of information material, offers, invoices) and other necessary communication. Visitors and customers data will in no case be handed to unauthorized persons.
The company does not recognize any of the procedures for the extrajudicial settlement of consumer disputes, as competent for solving consumer disputes, the consumer can initiate in accordance with the law Zakon o izvensodnem reševanju potrošniških sporov (ZIsRPS).
The company operates from Monday to Friday from 8:30 to 12:30 and 13:30 to 17:00. On Saturdays, Sundays and holidays the company is closed.
