In offer we have new spiral dough mixers model EASY. That mixers are an excellent solution for home and laboratory use. They are available in various capacities from 6 to 20 kg of dough and are ideal for dough with a hydration level of 60% or higher; they can also be used for kneading small quantities. Italian production, CE norm.
