The blast chillers are suitable for grids, GN 1/1 and 40×60 cm baking trays.
Models available with 3, 5, 7, 10, 15 and 20 levels.
Adjustable cycles with core probe: +3 °C, -18 °C, -35 °C, -40 °C.
