In offer we have a new trolley with a turning over system suitable for pastry like panettone, colomba, … which simplifies the baking, turning and cooling of large fermented products.

Trolley made in steel for trays dim. 40 × 60, 50 × 70, 60 × 80 and 80 × 80.

The trolley goes directly into the roto oven. At the end of baking, the trolley is placed on a dumper, if it is a Classic model, or the trolley overturns on its own if it is the Reverso model. Fast and safe turning. No contact with lower surfaces.

The trolley can be adapted to the customer's needs (different shapes diameter, number of trays, thickness of pins) and to any roto oven.
