The dryer has two humid air extractors that operate alternately and are aligned with the direction of push of the fans. Two motorized valves allow air to be restored inside the drying chamber.
The trolley is made of stainless steel on 4 swivel wheels. On each trolley there are 25 frames with dimension 1200 × 600 ×(h) 55 mm each. Frames are made with fir wood, polyester net suitable for the food industry, frames are reinforced against bending with aluminum rods.
