In offer we have the new croissant curling machine model AVV200 with structure made of painted steel. The machine has the frontal loading and the adjustment of the lower and upper calibrating cylinders allows to modify the number of dough rollings. The rolling consistency is adjusted by closing or opening of the belts. The belts are easily removable, which allows an easy and rapid cleaning.
The curling machine is suitable for dough thickness form app. 2 mm to 7 mm. The capacity depend form the operator, but the machine can produce up to 5000 pieces per hour.
