The supporting frame is made of anodized aluminum and the panels are made of highly insulating styrofoam covered in white prepainted aluminum. The proofers can be provided with one or two doors and are available with or without a stainless steel floor. They can be custom built according to customer\'s needs.

The main functions of these proofers are:

• Automatic control of the temperature and humidity

• Automatic water loading 

• Easy installation, maintenance and use

On request the proofers can be supplied with stainless steel doors.
