Dough fork mixer (C325)

In offer we have new dough fork mixer model ITF, made in Italy. The bowl with the shaft and the spiral (fork) are made in stainless steel. It allows mixing homogeneously both small and large quantities of dough (even the harder types) in a short time. The delicate rotation of the fork allows a perfect oxygenation of the dough and it doesn’t warm it up. The mixers are available with single-phase 230V, three-phase 400V or three-phase 400V double speed.
